How exactly do I use winterboard? I downloaded a theme I want to use.. then I go into Winterboard and choose it then respring.... I dont know what to do.

Ok.. But what about the IV part?I have the CP set high but still have over like 7 pokemon that are under the CP.. DOes the IV have anything to do with it?

ok i found it i think: <setting name="PrioritizeIVOverCP" serializeAs="String"> <value>False</value> change that from false to true. I THINK it will work.

in the config find: <setting name="TransferDuplicatePokemon" serializeAs="String"> <value>True</value> change it to false. but then none of your pokemon will be transfered. you can do more about the transfering with PokeBot
