Does not appear to work on iOS 26 as these features are built into the software already and there would need to be an update from Spam Guard for it to work (You can see it in Settings->Apps->Phone->Call Blocking & Identification but there is an error when turning on Spam Guard) I though it may be of use to users running 18 and below, but I'm just going to have this topic closed.
