An update to this case. Order shows expired but it still appears as pending payment in my account.

Im just wondering how long it usually takes. I tried to cancel the order and reorder but it still shows as processing.Theres a pay button will it result in a double charge? I already sent a private message to the administrator, but I haven’t received any response yet it still shows as unread. It’s been about two days now. Dont know if its got blocked or no access to sent messages Thanks
