Yup its better than the 9.3.5 jb ur 8 jb is more stable and can use most of the jb hack here compare to 9.3.5 and about the 2nd question is, well you have to wait for the 9.3.5 to be fully functional. And i know you want to update but you will regret it. i used to be jb8 decided to update and now not jb anymore. Well you choose you want new apps or JB modes with apps that support ios8

Umm you need to burrow a computer then Download cydiaimpactor and this hack. Then google

then search for JOKA's MOD atleast that hack will work on IOS11 its an INAPP hack
