Lol kinda late replying but: on the ps3 the first cfw ready to be installed and everything was already on FW 3.54 so... That wasnt even that many years after the ps3 came out, the slim wasn't even out yet. It was after years out. Btw before it was released they already found out how to jailbreak, so it was pretty fast. On the ps4 well, sony did make it much harder to jailbreak but it's not impossible and the ps4 is out since longer than a year. Btw: there are already CFW made for the ps4 but are not ready to be installed so.. Close maybe. Lol what are you talking about? Yes i do have a CFW/jailbroken ps3, actually i have 2. But one broke... Do not download any FW from youtube or anything. All fake above 3.55 FW. You have to downgrade your ps3 phat/slim with an e3 flash. Google it, downgrade ps3 e3 flasher. You will find it

Hi, I was a ps3 modder before i started with modding/hacking on iOS. I was pretty experienced and still am actually and soon i'll start with it again. I had to tell you all since this section is opened that there is no PS4 jailbreak and won't be one yet! I heard that hackers are busy with creating a CFW and installing it on the PS4 but they still didn't find a way how to. Some rumors say that there will be a CFW/JAILBREAK released on FW 3.54 or 3.55. (I think they won't) So for everyone who is asking about modding/hacking on a PS4, IT'S IMPOSSIBLE YET! So just find glitches etc. and share them if u want, or ps4 skin mods or whatever. UPDATE 2: Kinda late with this edit but there is a 1.76 Jailbreak but there is no way to mod online or anything. GTA V has some modding tools to mod it offline. It's basically installing a software on the ps4, LINUX.
