I've been using app+ since 2019, and due to the switch away from PayPal I wasn't able to auto-renew my subscription. Is there a way for existing users to renew their subscription without having to enroll as a new customer && wait for certs stock to be avail. Thanks, s0k

Hello, I renewed my app+ subscription on the 16th and after receiving confirmation of payment I get emails saying I’m cancelled by creator and refunded my subscription. can someone help me understand what happened? I didn’t request to be canceled and I don’t know why the creator would cancel me. thanks

Hello on 7.16.20 my subscription renewed, but I never got a download link. This happened last year as well, and you had to give me a direct link to download. I emailed Rook a copy of my receipt and PayPal transaction number. What else can I do to get this resolved?
