I think you missed the point. The method you’ve sent won’t work anymore, apple has blocked this since 11.3. Currently the only existing method for sideloading on m1 is Rickpacktor from appdb, but this comes with installing their profiles and I don’t really like it. I’m not an expert, but compromising my device only for iOS apps is not a good idea. But I think that maybe Sideloadly works similar way, it’s resigning app and deploy on device. It only comes with wrapping unpacked ipa into special folder structures and there are scripts for that. But I do also think that rickpacktor is using original apple installer app to deploy ipa on m1 so no scripting needed.
