I found there are 2 more in floor 3 with the big one. I killed him and activated it but couldn’t find the gas tank lol

I just found there is a chopper built in npc house with gas tanked and glasses are already in it. I just need a few items ( which I have ) to finalize it. Can I finalize it and take it to my base as my own chopper?
