  1. Request to Reset Device Limit - Account Issue Dear Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request your assistance regarding an issue with my account. Recently, I have been unable to play any of the games I purchased and downloaded from your store. Whenever I try to launch a game, I receive an error message stating: "Device limit reached." As an example, this happens with the following game: Game Name: Foundation: Galactic Frontier Version: v1.41.77 Thank you very much for your time, understanding, and prompt support.
