I just downloaded the app and install it and downloaded the resources that developer of hack provides ones you open the app then next day it stopped loading when I open the app and stuck at 28%

It’s long way but I’ll try to guide you with headlines First, you’ll need a certificate to install apps on your iPhone. You can get the certificate through the iOSGods App+ website, which provides an app that allows you to install IPA files, and you can also install their own apps from the same store.
