the igamegod repo isn't being detected when i try to add it, does anyone know the fix?

ok, i'm an absolute beginner. can anyone assist with getting the required things noted in the instructions? I cannot find them. Am jailbroken with sileem, have cydia. - iGameGod / Filza / iMazing or any other file managers for iOS.- Cydia Substrate, Substitute or libhooker depending on your jailbreak.- PreferenceLoader (from Cydia, Sileo or Zebra).
