Is there a way to generate an item through igg such as an elite puppy box that I can split to receive a corgi? Chances to find this item are way to small… Thanks -

Hey there, two days ago, I downloaded the jailed ipa for ldoe. The description mentions "high rate of fire - instant kill. works well on shotguns.". This unfortunately does not work for me. Is there a way to enable that option - maybe even through values in the iosgods menu? Do I have to equip a specific weapon with or without blueprint mods? Everything else just works fine. Thank you for your help
