Yeah, it seems like the 32bit version has an issue with that. Refrain from using that feature. It will be fixed next update.

Chances are you cannot unban you account without contacting the developers. You can only unban your iDevice and start off on a new account.
For that, check Apps Manager or CacheClearer from Cydia.

Likely a bug with the game itself. You can try booting into Safe mode to see if it's a tweak you have installed.

I don't think you can. If there's nothing inside the Tweak.xm, it's hard coded inside the APMenu dylib.
