You currently cannot Jailbreak iOS 13.6 and you can also not downgrade. You will just have to wait for a new Jailbreak that supports your iOS version.

Sideloadly currently does not support app-specific password. You will have to use your normal Apple ID password.

If you are using a free/normal Apple Developer account, the anisette advanced option must remain unticked otherwise it will fail to sideload.

Cydia Impactor is currently not working properly. You should switch to Sideloadly.

There is currently no way you can fix it at this time. The hack needs to be recompiled so the preferences can support your device. For now, you can only use the In-Game Mod Menu options.

Uninstall Substitute or Cydia Substrate and it should remove most/all Tweaks.
I just updated my iPhone X to 13.5 and tested Subway Surfers deb on both CheckRa1n and Unc0ver and the game is working fine for me. So are the features. So please try removing some tweaks as it may be a conflict with something you have installed.

If you are installing via AppSync you may need to set permissions to the binary.
Also, make sure it is using @executable_path instead of trying to load the framework from /Library/.
Check the crash logs for more info.

In this case, you can either use the Custom App Signing feature on the iOSGods App+ or  the normal iOSGods App.
