Odyssey uses libhooker from what I know, so you don't need mobilesubstrate. PreferenceLoader can be found in BigBoss repo. But it is also not necessary because most iOSGods' tweaks are in-game menus.

If the hack is a mod menu, you can turn off the features inside the mod menu itself.
If it's a No Jailbreak hack, you cannot disable cheats. They are currently all automatically enabled.

If your card was declined, please try purchasing again from a different device and network. You can try purchasing from your iOS Device & use Mobile Data. If the issue still persists, make sure your card has enough funds. The ViP prices are in USD.
Some transactions can also be blocked by your bank, so you might have to call them to allow the transaction.

Can you try creating a new Apple ID and use it on Sideloadly?
And make sure your Antivirus or firewall is not blocking Sideloadly.
