It seems like your Jailbreak is "broken" seeing as your Cydia is stating there are a few missing files.

Are you able to install other apps/tweaks?

You could try restore rootFS to remove your Jailbreak then Jailbreak again.

hmm, i can perfectly install other apps and tweaks. this is the first time it gave me such errors
