If your card was declined, please try purchasing again from a different device and network. You can try purchasing from your iOS Device & use Mobile Data. If the issue still persists, make sure your card has enough funds. The ViP prices are in USD.
Some transactions can also be blocked by your bank, so you might have to call them to allow the transaction.

The No Jailbreak version is for ViPs only.

Does this happen with a specific app, or multiple apps? If yes, can you tell me which and also what your iOS version is?
Have you also tried rebooting your device to see if it displays the app?

This is a known issue which will be fixed next update.
But try dot or comma depending on your region!

iOSGods App+ & iOSGods ViP are separate subscriptions, if you are unaware.

You will have to install theos and make a .deb to test or you can simply modify the binary directly and test.
Live Offset Patcher works too, but needs an update for UnityFramework support.

If Jailbroken, you can bypass revokes with an anti revoke tweak or simply install IPAs via AppSync.
