System partition is where Cydia is installed and likely takes up max 10%. The other percent is actually your iOS system files.

I think you’ve purchased the wrong subscription. If you want the Non-Jailbroken version, you need NoJB ViP.

Yes, you can re-hack it for iOS or just map it from Android to iOS or vice versa.
You would need IDA for both ways.
