IGMM stands for In-Game Mod Menu or iOSGods Mod Menu.
This hack is an In-Game Mod Menu (iGMM). In order to activate the Mod Menu, tap your screen with 3 fingers simultaneously.

Once Jailbroken, open Safari and visit “Cydia://“ URL to see if it opens Cydia.

Used WinSCP and was able to fix it using that!
FilzaEscaped should work fine too, as long as you can install the .deb file from that topic.

It’s using SettingsKit, however it is no longer maintained or updated so I suggest not using it to prevent future iOS versions from breaking your tweaks.
An up-to-date alternative is Cephei.

Yeah, ARMv7 can run on ARM64 devices but not vice versa.
However, with iOS 11, ARMv7 binaries will not run at all. So if you want your cheats to work on iOS 11, you will need to focus on ARM64 or both.

You cannot. Your processor does not support ARM64 only hacks.

Yeah, don't use the radare one. Remove that, remove radare repo temporarily and install the git from Saurik's repo.
You need to remove radare repo otherwise Saurik's git will not display.

Seems like in order to revoke, you must use the 0.9.43 Cydia Impactor and to sideload you must use the latest.
Or just use a different Apple ID.
