The app will refuse to work on a Jailbroken device, as does Pokemon GO. Someone will come up with a bypass/workaround soon so just be patient.

If you receive the access forbidden message, that usually means the Device you're using is not activated (yet). Please make sure the UDID you submitted is correct, and that you are using the device with the same UDID.

You have no space left on your / (root) partition. If you're on iOS 9 & I believe it also works on iOS 10? Try Stashing by Cool Star.
Or just uninstall some Tweaks you don't use or ones that take up too much space.
