iOSGods App+ only allows for easy & seamless app sideloading & installations entirely on-device. For iOSGods ViP apps, you'll still need ViP. Only the ones offered during checkout. For Decrypted App Store, you'd need ViP. App+ is only for sideloading & installing apps. We cannot answer this unfortunately. You should contact the other service regarding their renewals policy.
