I only called it a scam rook because it immediately expired after only two days of beta testing, then had to go through this process at the time. You claim apple is revoking people but you just proved by your message you guys revoke people “ your beta access has been revoked” but only apple revokes these certificates. You literally can’t punish me for being frustrated & upset rook. If it truly isn’t a scam prove me otherwise. I spent lots of money for your vip & app+ for years & where I’m from my currency conversion is a lot more than any other place. So I’m actually willing to spend more money on your apps despite higher currency conversion. You really can’t punish me, my feelings are valid & you shouldn’t invalidate my feelings of frustration when this happens everyday yet, nothing is being done to resolve it

Your App+ subscription is still active or currently activating. I’m only able to revoke your App+ BETA access, not the full App+ subscription.

I understand your frustration. This is why we stopped selling the current App+ and began developing a new version, which you were invited to test during the BETA phase. Your concerns are valid.

You were able to use the BETA App+ for a short time, so you know it wasn’t a scam. Unfortunately, shortly after, Apple launched one of the largest revoke waves of the year, which has also delayed the release of the new App+.

I’ll restore your App+ BETA access since both of your devices appear to be activated now. The activation time was already shown on your App+ status page.

Please understand that I’m doing everything I can to provide a service that's working great & I can be proud of. But we’re up against Apple’s restrictions, and our options are severely limited.

Thank you, I apologize for being frustrated Rook, just it expired within 2 days then I had to go through this wait times. Then in the past it was revokes too & waiting & one point I never even got through & it was in pending waiting for a certificate for a year - still never got that one so I considered that one as a lost. But just now I checked yes my devices both say active, but my iPhone expired so I have to go through the process again it seems & the Ipad is going through the apple certificate stage it seems.

Don't get me wrong either your app & what you guys are all doing is amazing, it's why me & so many others come back but then we do get frustrated by revokes but I understand you guys are doing what you can to prevent this. Just in the heat of the moment I said what I said even though I knew otherwise & I apologize for that

Where are you seeing this information? I see both devices as active right now.

@Rook sent you a message several days ago. I’m paying the subscription but I don’t have the app anymore. Should I cancel since I can’t use the app?

It looks like on my end I didn’t need the app just the link of the store

It was when trying to download the iosgods app+ but then I was able to download a app from the iOS website you have with the beta.. & it just asked me what device, so I selected it & it worked.
