I’ve seen this post a few times, but haven’t ever seen a resolution, so don’t just link me another thread. I have been trying to login for about an hour now trying every “solution” to no avail, and it has become frustrating. I try to log in, but get a captcha that doesn’t work, and then it just freezes on the login screen. Any assistance would be appreciated.

When you get the CAPTCHA, can you try closing the login window and bringing it back up again?

Sorry for the bump...

I’ve the same issue in all games not usinh the new signing method - meaning the previous method where we sign into the page after the captcha every single time.

 

So far what I noticed was that everytime I login with the right details, after successful captcha it stays loading 4 ever... no error.

if I press sign button again, then it fails with an error.

if instead I press the webpage logo and go the home screen, I can see my user, so I’m successful connected. Then I close the game and reopen it again, it nows try to login without any prompt... but stays looping again... no error.

if I cancel the game stops

am I missing something?

seems I’m not the only one having this issue, any help, advice or suggestion on this?
