Hi guys,

I'm having a problem with my iPad Air 2 (Wi-fi) , I've jailbroken it today (ios 8.3) with TaiG, that work but i installed an application of Cydia and it doesn't appear in settings menu , What Should I Do ?

Cydia Substrate is not working Wait till Update maybe will be today

As of right now you can't use MobileSubstrate and utilities depending on it, however:

TaiG will fix the jailbreak issue with Substrate today! Here is a screenshot of a conversation from FireCubes with @taig_jailbreak

Did the substrate update get released yet?

TaiG updated to v2.1.0 and Core Packages are working now!
