Help/Support Audio Issue

I don't know if this has been posted here or has been an issue before. Anyway as i watch movies via g2g.fm using default browser or any browser my audio decreases whenever i pause it ( -80%) but volume says it is 100% if you try incease it. Same with facebook videos and other apps such as youtube. Volume increases back if i receive notifications. It is quite annoying cause i have to get my phone and imessage my ipad to get notification to fix the audio. I use iPad 4 16gb wifi only with ios 8.1.2 jailbroken. Is there a permanent fix for this? Thanks in advance!

what do you exactly mean by pc? Personal computer? Playing Card? Sorry but i don't know what pc means here.

Have you tried rebooting? Was there always this problem? If not, maybe a tweak you downloaded is messing with it?

Could be a tweak related to your audio/sounds thats causing it. Try putting your device in safemode & check if you still encounter that issue.
