My iPhone 6s is jailbroken on iOS 13.5 and I can run CrackerXI to decrypt the YouTube .ipa under my Apple ID, but it won’t decrypt the later cercube .ipa files (as they are not even showing up on my CrackerXI list of apps that can be decrypted - I assume this is because they are not authorised under my Apple ID).

Ok Figured it out!

Basically I used iOS App Signer with a certificate purchased from UDIDRegistrations.com (gold package) and once signed, I used iMazing to copy the .ipa file over to the iPad. (Going through iTunes always gives an error).
