Can't use Cydia impactor as I get an error saying I need Xcode ver 7 or above (I'm using ver 10) on OSX High Sierra.

I tried using iOS App Signer (have access to a dev account) but it gives an error when trying to copy to the iPad, saying my iPad is not authorised.

I'm able to do this method with some other .ipa apps (like cercube ver 5.0.9) but anything after that gives an error. Assuming the .ipa wasn't hacked using CrackerXI or something to get rid of this problem?

Forgot to add, the iPad is running iOS 12.4.1, non jailbroken. I want to keep it that way hence wanting to use .ipa files I can sideload onto it.

My iPhone 6s is jailbroken on iOS 13.5 and I can run CrackerXI to decrypt the YouTube .ipa under my Apple ID, but it won’t decrypt the later cercube .ipa files (as they are not even showing up on my CrackerXI list of apps that can be decrypted - I assume this is because they are not authorised under my Apple ID).
