Dont think so, Im trying to find a way to hack games with the new jailbreak but i don't think you can since most method's use cydia substrate

you can do hex edit through iFile  

on 8.3

I think you should give some callout that they shouldn't expect any Tweak or Hack to work until a proper Cydia update. Twitter is the source for latest news
