got it to work by installing with Sideloadly and changing the app name to just "Elevate"

but now I can't login or create a new account within Elevate to use the app

it's giving me an error saying "com.elevateapp error 7003"

 

I went into the Sideloadly syslog to see if I could capture the error and this is what it gave me:
