I'd suggest you uninstall Cydia Substrate completely and reinstall it then tri GPt.

I think there's a Cydia tweak which backs them up. Can't remember the name..

 

Also, I noticed when you uninstall a tweak, some of the configuration is left over. I'm not sure if that's the case for all of them.

kind of sort of not really worth it unless you have time to burn....ive been searching with it for like 15 minutes already.... i believe i am better off with the 50/50 chance of it messing up or crashing with gamegem with the reachall app lmfao
