You need to remove the old hack on Cydia beofre installing the new one. I forgot to mention that after I updated today

    Damn great, i find my own way to solve this.

    Here is the way for who get same problem to mine.

    Uninstall the Substrate safe mode in cydia and install it again, then install the hack again. Done.(c)
