Help/Support iphone stuck on Apple loading bar - iCloud restore from backup

HI my iphone is stuck on apple logo with an empty loading bar:

i used semi restore to erase the content of my iphone, it worked fine then i chose an icloud back up to restore my backed files.

it started rebooting and now iam stuck with this.

anyone has a fix to this?

the bar is empty maybe 30 minutes

Yeah, looks stuck alright.

 

You can't do much while on that screen. I'd suggest holding Power + Home button for 8 seconds. Maybe it'll restart back to SpringBoard or it will come back to that screen..

yes it is but says that its locked by im card

it would help me to recover files? but not get out of this issue

It's main focus is recovering files but I used that when I got stuck in Recovery Mode and it helped!
