    The reason who just download the app to get more apps is because as soon as we create a new account for them we get a rank I guess that is a noob or newbie. In order to get a new rank is to by par take in discussions and you will no longer be a newbie. The reason they have done this is because is that the more people that are finding out about this the more people it may attract meaning that if so many people are downloading multiple apps at once the slower speeds for downloads.
