Help/Support Downloads disabled for new users

I created my account a while ago but not that long ago. I was wondering how long or how many posts does it take for me to no longer be considered a new user

You need to have a few more posts to be considered as a member and not a newbie.

I think, they are just trying to prevent it for people that spam, bots, etc.. Just try to see if you can make a few posts somewhere!
