The only problem that I encounter is the cast speed and quick draw. Cast speed is somehow working but some skills makes their damage to none because of cast speed. Quick draw does not work

could this mod work in ios 15 jaibroken using dopamine ? 
i really wanted to jailbreak my phone and its currently on ios 15 but im not sure if this mod/hack would work in the dopamine jailbreak.

It works, you should only convert it into rootless deb. This site has a tutorial on converting deb files to be capable of working on rootless like Dopamine
