I got that error before did you try downloading Cydia substrate & PreferenceLoader?

Every time I try to add the BBoss repo it can’t find it so I got it from another site, 

for some reason Cydia won’t add the bboss repo....

3. iPad 2 is an old device, and our hacks no longer support ARMv7 devices.

 

Regarding the Filza installation message, all seems OK. The best bet would be to try and get it working on your iOS 11 device right now, but we need to figure out why it fails to install. Have you tried Unc0ver on your iOS 11 device?
