Help/Support Mk app crashing after starting up.

Okay, so I successfully downloaded The Mk app. However, upon a few seconds of start up it crashes and puts me at the home screen, I’ve tried changing my region from the US, to the UK, and India. Didn’t work. And I don’t have an iCloud Drive downloaded so I can’t really turn that off, Any tips? Fixes? And also I’m wondering if the app is simply not up to date. Besides that thank you and have a good one.
