Well I found an solution.

Bypass: if you get a ban warning in 8 ball Close the app and go to your setting, Click on General Scroll down to Date &Time Enable 23 Hour Time and change your date to a past date, then go back to 8 Ball then you warning should be over, if u get it again just do the same thing.

if it doesn’t work just keep trying.
