Help/Support App not finishing installation

Hey’all

So I downloaded a game through the app and it goes through the download process normally up until the app finishes installing and from there nothing else happens, the app icon stays blacked/faded out - tapping on it does nothing. To be precise, the app is Shadowgun Legends.

P.S I’ve tried downloading other games and it works perfectly fine?

Hey,

Perhaps there's an issue with Shadowgun Legends app.

Make sure it has support for your iDevice and iOS version.
