There's two tutorials in Tutorials section explaining how you can reset your account.

Another way would be making a new Game Center.

dominations just keep on saying "you are not logged in to your gamecenter account, so we could not syncronize your game" no matter if i'm logged in or not

Selete the DomiNations table from Keychains and reinstall the app.
