Mhm! I always actually confused why it wouldn’t let me download apps until I realized it probably needed me to rank up or something similar. I do hope i don’t get warned for spam or anything.

You have to rank up from newbie to download apps. There was too much traffic, so they added that. I forget how many posts you need to make for you to rank up
