Yes! AnemicRoyalty Same here I am now receiving a message that I have downloaded too many times and have to wait. 

I have actually only downloaded one game but then Apple revoked the certificate so I deleted the app and tried to redownload it but to no avail so I think from me trying to constantly download it appears as if I downloaded multiple games. 😩😥

Oh well guess I just have to up my rep.
