I just saw someone get into the chatbox with 11 though I’m not sure if that carries over to being a member. In that case it would suck

It takes 50 posts to become a member? Well, there's a lot of people on here so it makes sense that they'd want to gatekeep the app a bit. That still sucks though, because it's pretty hard to make 50 meaningful posts without all of them just being "thanks" on random hack pages or spam.
