I cant make the Fast Level to work

Make sure tut finished do the extra task. by bloon stand ect

Wait until you see the coins pop up Above ice cream stand for collection. Close game fully turn on level cheat then open the game and collect the coins from ice cream stand, will then work if I can I'll make a video later @ work at the minute

Hey Man! thanks for the reply! 

I finished the Tut and made the mistake of clicking the Ice cream coins below the menu bar, but retried it again (without deleting the app) this time I did what you instruct me but the LEVEL still doesn't go up, I produce many Ice Cream bar hoping to make it work but still no luck   

still confused how to make it work   hope you can help thanks
