Help/Support iMazing could not backup iPhone

G'day lads,

 

I seem to be experiencing an issue where i've tried backing up my iPhone SE (12.2) using iMazing, but whenever I try to do so the backup does not go through and instead displays the message "Detail -19: Couldn't Start Session with phone". The error still persists even if I switched phones by trying to back up my iPhone 6s+ (12.1) I've reinstalled iMazing and the problem still occurs. Any workaround to this error?
