Help/Support ViP Payment refuse

Hi friends, I’m having a problem with the VIP. When I try to buy it, it let me, then iOSGods waits for someone to manage my payment. The thing is, they decline It. At this stage I don’t know what to do, billing address, connection, my phone, it is all correct. 

I tried twice and it got decline. Then I read if I do another payment, maybe I can get my iOSGods account terminated. Obviously I do not want that, but seriously I need some help, if anyone knows what should I do, tell me, I would appreciate it. I tried to contact DiDA but he seems to be so busy and I understand that.
