You're supposed to get that file.  It's the signing cert created from the account you input.  As to why your apps aren't coming up...?

When I try opening the App Store via my Pc the webpage is blank .. how do I fix this? 

I want to install Cydia and do the alt. Way of getting apps to my phone.

All of you guys saying things like oh this is so terrible and people are going to stop using the app are ridiculous. I agree this isn't the best situation as some apps don't work with impactor but complaining about it doesn't help anyone. If they had the ability to fix the app immediately then they would. Apple is somehow revoking their certificates as soon as they make them so that's why the app isn't working. Give them time
