    Ya, I'm having the same problem and I've been looking everywhere to find a fix. No one has ever mentioned it online so I thought it was only me! Luckily I found this thread. Anyway, there are also some other problems that come with the "no such file or directory" error. These problems include not being able to use custom skins. All custom skins will appear black when selecting and will say invalid when u try to use them. Another problem is that none of ur data gets saved. If u were to change ur username to "lollipop" or whatever and change ur other settings like brightness and sensitivity, right when u close the app (and multitasking) all that will be switched back to default when u reopen it. Ur username will go back to "Steve" and ur everything else will go back to default. I believe this might just be an iPad problem cause both of us have iPads. All my other friends run minecraft perfect on there phones. I am currently on MCPE 0.11.1 and have found no solutions. The only thing that seems to work is playing on other peoples servers. Hope someone finds a fix. :)

    OMG!!!! For the longest time it didn't work and I got so mad that I just gave up. After a few months I go to minecraft just for the lols and all of a sudden it works!!!!
