Help/Support Unable to login to app

Same too. Just downloaded the app and set up a new account, but can't sign in the app. Tried logging in the web page account then the app, but showed wrong display name/pw, im sure i inserted the correct name and password. Fix please ;-;

I am also having this issue with the app, even changed my password to make sure, app still showing incorrect user name and a pw error

log in worked just fine for me on a new account, can’t do much with it though

you might need to create a new account. Or it could be because it does take time to register your account. I had the same issue after a few hours my account was activate.

my account worked right away, maybe because it was newly created, give it some time.

I logged off because the app was freezing every single time I tapped install on any app/game to see if that'd help, since someone on another thread suggested that, but I am now unable to get back in at all..

There’s currently an issue with the App logina which we’re working on resolving.

Try again a bit later.
