Help/Support Lost connection to internet, Arcana coin hack

[TN_Tanker 0 iPad (5th Generation) 12.1.4]

Ihave a 5th gen iPad running 12.1.4 that is not jail broken. I installed the modified arcana file per the instructions for non jail broken devices. I was able to open the app one time and run the game with the hack. I closed it and when I tried to open it again the “lost internet connection” pops on the screen. I can use the link to open this website and sign into my account but the game does not seem to recognize I am online. Safari works, other apps can access the internet. Not sure what is going on. Help would be appreciated.

Maybe it needs to be Updated
